The Three Star Hotel, La Terrazza, is located in Via Santa Margherita, 21.  It is in a palace that was recently renovated from top to bottom. We have 14 spaciously comfortable rooms: ideal for those who wish to stay in the Center of Cagliari or in its Historical and Commercial center, which can easily be reached by car or with public transportation. The bus stop is only 10 meters away from our hotel, while the taxis are stationed 50 meters away, on the renowned Yenne Square. We have stipulated an agreement with the Taxi service that operates from the Yenne Square, thus our customers can enjoy  a special rate for all their destinations, especially for the airport of Cagliari/Elmas.  The central location of our Hotel, in the city of Cagliari, is advantageous for those who need to come to the city for business, vacation or leisure... Especially in consideration of the fact that the area is surrounded by many restaurants, ice cream shops, pubs and all types of bars to meet every need. One can quickly reach the beach area of Cagliari from our hotel.  The beautiful beach of Poetto and its characteristic bars, ice cream shops and restaurants, which are beautifully positioned on the beach, are only 10 minutes away.  Here, one can have lunch, dinner or savor a drink while enjoying the marvelously natural scenery of the Gulf of Cagliari. Sail or motorboat lovers can find ample leisure activities in the small tourist harbor of Marina Piccola,  where one can rent small boats or glide over the waves with a surf or kite board.  There are also instructors available for those who want to enjoy a "flying" sensation over the crystal blue waters with a Kite Surf: an incredibly amazing and fascinating water sport.
